Kira Sikes is a natural born leader and philanthropist at heart. Driven by her love and passion for people and her community, she takes pride in providing the best resources possible, real estate related or not. She not only genuinely cares for the people, but also the community as a whole. 

A Real Estate Broker and owner of Sandbar Realty, a wife,  a mom and devout friend and a no stranger mindset, her goals include transforming the real estate industry to focus more on being collaborative and less competitive. Ultimately providing the best services possible, focusing on the client and not on the paycheck.  

In addition to her running a successful boutique brokerage, and sister company, Investor Island,  Kira has been recognized for her extraordinary commitment and kind heart of serving others through assisting people in the local community to achieving their dreams to become small business owners themselves. She does this by volunteering her time to assist with business startup tasks, logo designs and so much more! Check out Eleven Dishes & Ninja Niko to name a few!

Her BIGGEST dreams consists of bringing the community together with local spots to gather together and safe places for those who need help through her future non-profit. 

Lastly, Kira recently launched her sister company called Investor Island, to provide her investors a higher level of customer service.
